panying Ordinance entitled " An Aldi - "nance to amend Gravinance No. 17 of " 1887"," and I am of opinion that the

to the Governors Instructions.

The inversion of the word iment" makes it compulsory

that all depôts licensed under the Ardinance shall be Government ite, ish,
